Join us for the iconic tradition of the Dia de Muertos or Day of the Dead celebration in Denver. We will have an unforgettable evening with the following:
–Sugar Skull Decorating (5-7pm)
–3 Performances by Ballet Folklorico Sangre de Mexico (6:30, 7:45 & 8:30pm)
–Catrina Contest with 3 cash prizes for adults and for children (7pm)
–Scavenger Hunt for members
–Altar by artist Cal Duran and special artworks by Vince Benavidez and Arlette Lucero
–Local vendors and food truck in the parking lot
Want to participate in the Catrina Contest?
Visit Museo between Oct.17th and Nov.4th to register. Registration closes at 6:45 pm on Nov.4th, children’s and adult contest starts at 7:00 pm on the back of Museo and winners will be announced at 8:30 pm for the two categories. There will be three cash prizes for children & three for adults.
