Irving’s Bio
Irving G. Tragen holds a degree from the University of California Berkeley Law School. After a distinguished career in the Foreign Service, he has lived in retirement in San Diego, California, remaining engaged in building understanding and friendship between the US and Latin America through support of Museo de las Américas, the Chair for Comparative Law at the University of California Berkeley Law School, the University of California San Diego’s Mexico-US Study Center and Scripps Institution of Oceanography, and the North County Chapter of the San Diego World Affairs Council.
